Join the New York State Office of the Attorney General for a community forum focused on tenant protections, advocacy, and practical resources for residents across the region.
Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York Managing Attorney Tara Glynn will present on the Right of First Refusal, highlighting how residents can organize and take action. Her presentation will draw on LASNNY’s recent success supporting residents at Cascade Acres, where tenants made history by working together to secure greater stability and control over their community.
The event will also include opportunities for residents to share their experiences, connect with one another, and engage directly with advocates and state leaders.
