Please welcome Chloe Lichtenstein our new Independent Consumer Advocacy Network ICAN Attorney. She will be assisting individuals who are enrolled in managed care. Chloe graduated from Cornell Law School in 2014, where she first became involved in public interest law through Cornell’s LGBT Advocacy Clinic. After graduation, Chloe served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joan B. Lobis of the New York State Supreme Court, New York County and as an Appellate Court Attorney at the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department. Chloe received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University at Albany in 2011 and is excited to be back in the Capital Region.
