Raising Awareness — Fostering Collaboration — Improving Services
Look for the LASNNY table!
On Thursday, May 25, 2017 directors, managers and frontline workers from health and human service organizations and agencies serving Greene and Columbia Counties will gather at Columbia-Greene Community College located at 4400 Route 23, Hudson, for the 4th Columbia – Greene Interagency Awareness Day. The event will take place in the gymnasium and the student cafeteria.
This event is planned by health and human service providers for health and human service providers in an effort to raise awareness, foster collaboration, and improve the services we provide to the residents of our counties. This year’s keynote program is a panel on “Addressing On-going and Emerging Community Needs.” It will feature speakers representing coalitions, committees or task forces working on important community concerns and needs that impact both counties.
Interagency Awareness Day offers the perfect opportunity to showcase your health and human service agency, business, organization or group; to network with other providers; and to explore opportunities for working together, all with the aim of making what we do even better than what we are already doing!
